By placing an order for Mini spares via our totally secure website you are agreeing to accept unconditionally all our terms and conditions. There will be no deviation from our terms and conditions so that both you the customer and ourselves the company are in total agreement.
Bull Motif Mini Spares is a trading division of Bull Motif Spares Ltd. Orders placed via this website will be invoiced on the understanding that all credit card and debit card transactions will appear on your statements in the name of Bull Motif Spares Ltd
All prices may be altered at any time without prior notice. Orders are accepted on the basis the prices charged will be those applicable on the day of purchase.
Quotation & Payment Methods
We will be pleased to provide a full parts quotation detailing price, availability and relevant shipping costs. Online payments are made by Credit or Debit cards, cards accepted are as follow: Master Card, Visa, Maestro, Visa Delta , JCB, Solo and Visa Electron cards.
Payment by bank transfer for orders over £100.00 is available, however a bank handling fee of £12.00 will be incurred when using this method.
Return of Goods
Goods correctly supplied in accordance with the customer's orders may only be returned with our permission. We reserve the right to charge a 10% handling charge on such goods (excluding VAT).
Title of Goods
Until payment has been made in full by the customer we retain the title to all goods supplied by Bull Motif Spares Ltd.
All exchange units are subject to a surcharge. This surcharge serves two purposes; firstly it acts as an incentive to return the exchange units so that others may also benefit from exchange reconditioned parts, and secondly it provides us with financial cover if your returned unit proves unsuitable for exchange purposes. Whether or not your old unit is suitable for exchange cannot be ascertained until it is made available to us for inspection.
As a general rule, suitable for exchange basically excludes any items that are beyond economic repair or units irrevocably damaged. We are also unable to accept units unless they are returned complete, we will not accept units as a box of bits or partially stripped. Exchange units that meet the above requirements are refunded back to the card on which they were purchased.
All new and reconditioned goods supplied by us are guaranteed against defects arising from faulty materials or workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase or unless otherwise stated. The guarantee is limited to the replacement of the faulty part & not extended to cover defects caused by improper fitting, misuse, neglect, accidental or wear and tear. We do not pay any labour charges to any person that may fit a Mini part purchased from Midland Mini Centre or Bull Motif Spares Ltd. No claims for labour charges will be accepted under any circumstances. By ordering parts from the company you are agreeing unconditionally to this and every other one of our terms and conditions. We have made this clear so that there is no misunderstanding by any person or company that may fit parts purchased from the company.
All discounts are at the discretion of Bull Motif Spares Limited, where ever possible we will offer discount against any applied vouchers. Offers may exclude all low margin items, trim, special order parts, all parts already on special offer or part of a special offer kit, part or promotion.
All goods are sold on the understanding that we cannot accept any liability for consequential damage, loss or personal injury as a result of our products, nor can we undertake to bear the cost of any work involved in refitting a new or required part.
Please ensure that when your order is delivered by our carrier that you inspect the parcel before signing for it as in good condition. Our carrier will not accept any liability for damaged parts after it is signed for. Claims for goods damaged in transit or for shortages against invoice must be submitted in writing within 3 days of receipt of goods. Claims for non-delivery must be made within 7 days of dispatch date on the invoice.
Parts ordered from our website and sent by unregistered 1st Class Post at the customers own request will NOT be insured against loss or damaged. We would always recommend that UK parcels are delivered via our parcel carrier or Signed/Special Delivery 1st Class Post, as both of these methods are covered by a comprehensive loss and or damage guarantee.
